       According to competition rules current project offer the reconstruction of the existing old fort into sport centre. This sport centre includes:

  - central core with football/soccer field with 3 200 seating places
  - basketball hall with 1 578 seating places
  - 8 baseball halls with 640 seating places each
  - 2 tennise courts with 888 seating places each
  - swimming pool with 1 448 seating places
  - jog track 4 692 ft length (1 430м)
  - car parkinf for 500 cars
  - restaurant with upper dinning hall with observation deck
  - cafe with upper dinning hall with observation deck
  - recreation area with fountains

Each sport arena obtains onw lobby, locker rooms, public bathes. Pool, tennis, baseball and basketball courts obtain convertable roofs.
